Miss Amelia Home always offers complimentary consultations and design presentations for Augusta Custom Homes clients.

This means we’ll get to know your dreams, your style, and your story, and present to you a fully custom design plan at no cost ($3,500 value). Then, you can pick and choose which phases you’d like to add to your experience, below…

Phase 1

Construction Design Selections

  • In this phase, Miss Amelia Home will be sitting next to you at every single selection meeting in your initial two weeks with Augusta Custom Homes!

    Engaging with Miss Amelia Home in this first phase allows for us to work in tandem with Augusta Custom Homes, and ensure the high-end home of your dreams is cohesively designed from the foundation, up.

    This gives you peace of mind that each design selection made will compliment the one made previously, and will lighten the pressure that can come with making these pivotal decisions in a short period of time.

  • No matter how many hours are needed in this two week window, we will simply charge a flat fee of $2500 to be present the entire two weeks.

    This is a highly competitive rate, and we offer it only to ACH clients because we are so confident that you will enjoy the results!

  • If you choose to have Miss Amelia Home by your side in both Phase 1 and Phase 2, we will reduce the costs associated with both phases by 30%.

Phase 2

Construction

  • After making all of your initial design selections, the Augusta Custom Homes team is going to do a phenomenal job in the construction phase.

    ACH’s team of on site project managers will make sure designs are implemented correctly, but if you have any design questions about your home along the way, this service allows you to call Emily at any time to answer questions or solve problems!

    This service also entails that Miss Amelia Home will do an on-site check of your property once a month during construction, no matter if there are questions or not!

  • No matter how many months of construction your home encounters, we will simply charge a flat fee of $2000 to be on call for you during the entire construction process. You can call about any type of design question or problem, and Miss Amelia Home will handle it for you!

  • If you choose to have Miss Amelia Home along side you in both Phase 1 and Phase 2, we will reduce the costs associated with both phases by 30%.

Phase 3

Furnishing Design

  • Phase 3 embarks upon the furnishings to finish out your custom home. For those who want to continue the design process beyond architectural choices, and see their dream home thoughtfully reflected in everything brought in on move-in day… This is for you.

    Let’s make your investment into your dream home worth it, down to every last detail.

    This phase entails a fully customized furniture design plan that will allow you to see how you will actually live in the space when construction is done.

  • To fully furnish a home of your size, starting from scratch, will typically be anywhere between $100,000 - $200,000, all-in with designer fees, shipping, and assembly.

    But here’s where you can take a deep breath - we will absolutely create a design plan that includes the furniture you already own and want to bring with you!

    We will work with the investment you have in mind! After our free design consultation and presentation, we’ll be able to give you a better idea of what to expect based on your scope of work!

  • Because you are building with Augusta Custom Homes, we will automatically reduce all of our Furnishing Phase costs by 25%.

    If you decide to move forward with Miss Amelia Home in all phases of your home building process, we will reduce our Furnishing Phase costs by 30%.

I live and operate this interior design company out of the South Dallas area. My husband and I grew up in Midlothian, and are now raising our two little boys in the area, as well!

My background in communications and corporate project management allow me to not only see the vision for your home, but execute until it’s a reality you’re able to live in every day.
