Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our custom dining and coffee tables. Each piece is made to order, carefully inspected, and shipped with the utmost care. Because of the nature of large custom furniture and freight delivery, please review our return policy below:

Custom Orders

  • All of our tables are custom made to order. As such, custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.

Freight Shipping & Delivery

  • Each order is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our workshop.

  • We require customers (or their designated recipient) to carefully inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.

  • If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, please note it with the delivery driver immediately and document it with photos. This is required in order to file a freight claim.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your table arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/phone].

  • We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution due to freight carrier requirements.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 48 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Because of the size, customization, and freight handling involved, we do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, size not fitting, or color variations. Please review your order details carefully before purchase.

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your custom piece. While returns are not accepted on custom furniture, we stand behind the quality of our work and will always make sure any issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
